I have recently sold my home to Jubilee Property Ventures. I am working with a lady named Jules Scott. I had my house for sale for nine months and got only 3 calls. Four phone calls if you count Jules. I really didn't want to list with a realtor and pay those fees, so when Jules called, I was excited (she's not a realtor). She currently has someone in the house that she is working on getting financed. It is going well. I signed a three year lease and we are 1/3 of the way through. I hope to close on it in the near future. I was talking to her the other day and she mentioned that it would be nice to have some good things said about her, you know . . . a referral in a way I guess. So I've found this easy to do, so I hope this helps out. Jules Scott is a really nice lady and her company is Jubilee Property Ventures.
